Elevate Kids
Partnering with parents to raise kids who love Jesus
Our Elevate Kids Team has opportunities that range from interacting directly with kids to behind-the-scenes roles.
Age requirement: 13 years and older
Elevate Youth
Investing into high school students who are making a difference today.
There are several ways for adults to serve mid-high and high school students including small group leaders, student mentors, security, and operations.
Age requirement: 18 years and older
Environment Design
Making our physical environment engaging for our guests.
Our Environment Design Team Members do exactly that … design our environments to create a ‘Wow Factor’ for guests. From conceptualisation to realisation, these Team Members thrive in interior design, building stuff, and causing our physical spaces to pop.
Age requirement: 13 years and older
Hosts
Creating warm, safe, and engaging environments from the street to the seat.
Our enthusiastic, friendly Hosts take responsibility for making a great first impression on every guest.
Our Hosts ensure guests feel honoured.
Age Requirement: 13 years and older
Live Experience
Creating and executing memorable Live Experiences that guests will want to come back to.
A lot of behind the scenes opportunities here – crafting ideas and plans from week to week to maximise the impact of our Live Experiences, having your hand on the wheel of the overall logistics of our Live Experiences.
Age Requirement: 16 years and older
Media
Operating the technology that enhances the message communicated in our Live Experiences.
If you like the thought of having hands-on responsibilities, Media is what you’re looking for. Media Team members contribute to create smooth-running and engaging Live Experiences.
Our Media Team operate our audio system, lighting system, and computer graphics.
Age requirement: 13 years and older
Music
Creating memorable worship moments that guests will want to come back to.
This Team is pretty much as you’d expect – singers and musos. So, if you do one or both well, this could be the Team for you.
Age requirement: 13 years and older
Operations
Turning compelling vision into organizational reality.
The range of opportunities in our Operations Team include administration assistance to our Team Leaders, being the first point of contact during the week, financial management, data entry and database maintenance, and maintenance of our facilities. These opportunities are limited in number and typically require some degree of related experience, knowledge and/or skills.
Age Requirement: 18 years and older
